What features and amenities are included in event rental?
- Access to the full main studio lounge space
- Standard lighting and climate control
- Restrooms on site
- Wheelchair access

- Use of 2 smart TVs
- One speaker
- Use of kitchen (stove, microwave, refrigerator)
- Six tables that are roughly 5’ in length
- 20 folding chairs
- Lounge furniture in the main area
- Movable bar
What is NOT included in event rental?
- Event staff (caterers, servers, DJs, etc.)
- AV equipment including projectors, microphones
- Catering, food, utensils, decor, linens, trash bags, beverage servers
- Additional bathroom supplies
How much does it cost to rent?
Rental rates vary depending on the type of event and number of guests, time needed for set up and clean up, and event length.
Is a deposit required?
A signed rental agreement and refundable security deposit is required before the event date. Balance is due before the event.
Are there any rules?
- No smoking/vaping inside the building
- Outside food/beverage permitted with prior notice
- Alcohol may be served to adults over 21 but not sold without proper permits
- Decorations must be free-standing or hung with painters tape only (no nails, screws or permanent adhesives)
- No glitter, sand, smoke machines or lighted candles
- Noise levels and attendance must be kept within city regulations
What about setup and clean up?
Time is set up in your rental period and outlined / agreed to in your contract.
Renter is fully responsible for removing all items brought in and leaving the space in its original condition including returning all furniture being returned to its original location.
Additional cleaning fees may apply if the space is left in disarray.
Garbage must be properly sorted (recycle vs trash) and stored in appropriate garbage bins. If bin space is unavailable, renter agrees to pack out all trash. Failure to comply with clean up rules results in a loss of 100% of deposit.
Is there parking?
There are about 20 parking spot directly across the street from the venue. Additional parking may be available on site (with prior permission).
Can I bring my own vendors?
You are free to use any of your own preferred vendors. If you want a list of businesses and vendors we work with regularly, let us know and we are happy to provide.
